One of you sees a narrow band hidden on a dial and says one short phrase. Everybody else turns their own needle to where they think you meant. 2 to 8 people, about 15 minutes.
The best pure-discussion game there is, and the argument is the fun rather than an obstacle to it. It hands the quiet ones a turn by construction: everybody turns a needle every round, and the reveal makes everybody explain themselves at once.
The deck is written here — sixty-six spectrums chosen to be fair to somebody whose English is their third language and safe to deal to a table you did not pick. Physical, measurable things rather than opinions about people.
