One letter, twelve categories, one clock for the whole room. Everybody writes at once — and an answer only scores if nobody else wrote it. 2 to 8 people, about 15 minutes.
Everybody plays every second of it, at the same time, in private — so there is no turn order, nobody waits, and a table of eight takes exactly as long as a table of three. That makes it one of the easiest things here to drop into a half-hour that might get cut short.
The arguing afterwards is the good part, and it is arguing about answers rather than about people. Anybody can challenge anything and more than half the room carries it, which puts the judgement where it belongs.
